Manufacturing and quality control
A frame removal machine has to hold its settings through thousands of cycles on abrasive material. That is a manufacturing question before it is a des
YUSHUNXIN designs, manufactures and exports processing and recycling equipment. In the photovoltaic sector we build the front end of a module recycling line: the frame removal machine, the junction box station, the glass separation step, and the conveying and containment that connects them.
The company is part of the YOTO group and has its manufacturing base in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, in Henan Province. We have been building equipment since 2005 and have shipped to more than sixty countries.
We do not operate a solar panel recycling plant. We do not buy, collect, transport, store or dispose of waste modules, and we do not offer a take-back scheme, a disposal price or a gate fee. If you need those things, you need a permitted waste operator in your jurisdiction — usually a company with an environmental permit rather than an equipment manufacturer.
We say this plainly because the two businesses are frequently confused, and because an enquiry sent to the wrong one wastes your time. What we can do is build the equipment that a permitted operator runs, and explain how that equipment fits a process.
Module types, proportions and condition. This is where almost every project decision is made, and it is where we start rather than with a machine.
What you can sell or store, and to what specification. This decides how many separation steps the line needs.
Station configuration, automation level, containment, layout, commissioning and the growth path — stated explicitly so quotations can be compared.
Fabrication, assembly and machine testing before dispatch, including commissioning of the frame removal machine's press setting.
Erection supervision, cold and hot commissioning using the module types you actually receive, operator training and handover documentation.
We do not publish performance numbers we cannot stand behind. Through-put figures on this site carry the feedstock and condition they are stated for. Material composition figures are labelled as typical published ranges rather than as machine specifications. Where we do not have a confirmed figure, the page says the configuration is confirmed at quotation stage instead of filling the gap with a plausible number.
We do not publish customer names or site photographs without permission. The one reference project described on this site is anonymised deliberately — it names the buyer's business type, country and configuration, not the company. Project records are available to qualified buyers on request.

Describe the modules and the output you need. If we are not the right supplier for it, we will say so early rather than quote for something we cannot do well.
We have been building processing and recycling equipment since 2005, from a 60,000 m² manufacturing base in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and have shipped equipment to more than sixty countries.
An equipment manufacturer. We design, build and export the machines. We do not operate a recycling plant, do not accept waste modules, and do not offer collection or disposal services.
Yes, and visits are arranged against the machine build schedule so that you can see relevant equipment in assembly or under test. Tell us which machine and which module types you want to see running, and we will confirm what is available on the date.
Both. We supply direct and we work with agents and partners in some markets. If you are enquiring from a market where we already have a representative, we will tell you and introduce them.
Tell us what arrives at your gate and what has to leave. The engineering team replies with the station configuration, the scope boundary and the information still missing before drawings start.

Three details are enough to start: what modules you receive, how fast you need to process them, and what output you have to produce.
