Automatic solar panel frame removal machine

| Part | Function | Why it wears | Sourcing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chain and sprocket | Drives the movement of the machine | Continuous cyclic loading against the frame | Standard industrial chain size — usually sourceable locally |
| Four positioning cylinders | Square the module before the cut | Pneumatic cycling, thousands of cycles per week | Keep as spares from the start |
| Positioning rubber | Contacts the module and protects it from the clamps | Direct contact with frame and glass edges | Keep as spares from the start |
This list is the consumable set identified in the frame removal machine's equipment brief. Other machines in the range have their own wear list, which is issued with the quotation.
The upper hydraulic press unit is adjusted and commissioned in our works before dispatch. The equipment brief is explicit that on-site changes to this setting are not recommended — if a change is genuinely needed, it should be made by an engineer. An over-set press is the fastest route to chipped double-glass edges and to a glass stream that falls below your buyer's specification.
The machine is assembled, run and its press setting commissioned in our works. Cycle time and positioning are checked before crating.
We supervise erection against the foundation and utility drawings supplied with the order.
Machine functions, guarding, e-stops and interlocks checked before any module is processed.
Trial on the actual module types from your feedstock, checking positioning, cut quality, glass condition and the frame that comes off.
Loading, normal running, the changeover between module types, the wear parts to watch and the daily checks.
Drawings, the consumable list, the setting record and the recommended spares list, handed to the plant.
Support is organised around the two questions a running plant actually has: where do I get the part, and how do I know the setting is still right. Wear parts are quoted with the machine so the list is known from day one, and the settings record issued at commissioning is what an operator should compare against when output quality changes.
We supply machines worldwide from Xingyang, and the practical details — response arrangements, spare-part logistics into your country and the service options available — are confirmed in the commercial offer rather than promised generically here.
Send the machine type, the serial or order reference and the part you need. If you are not sure which part has worn, describe what the machine is doing differently and we will work it out with you.
Four: the chain and its sprocket, the four positioning cylinders, and the positioning rubber. The chain is a standard industrial size and is usually sourceable locally; the cylinders and positioning rubber are the parts we recommend holding in stock.
For the chain, usually yes — it is a standard industrial size and most markets have a supplier. The purpose-made parts, the positioning cylinders and the positioning rubber, come from us, which is why we recommend holding them as spares rather than waiting for a shipment when a machine is down.
Commissioning includes operator training on loading, normal running, module-type changeover, the wear parts to watch and daily checks. It is delivered on your own modules during hot commissioning, which is when it is actually useful.
We can advise on commissioning method and on what to check, but we do not service another manufacturer's equipment as a rule. Send us the details and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with.
Tell us what arrives at your gate and what has to leave. The engineering team replies with the station configuration, the scope boundary and the information still missing before drawings start.

Three details are enough to start: what modules you receive, how fast you need to process them, and what output you have to produce.
