PV module dismantling equipment · frame removal → junction box → glass

01

What to include

  • Module type and approximate proportions — framed single-glass, double-glass, frameless, thin film.
  • Condition — intact, or a meaningful share damaged or bent.
  • Target through-put and shift pattern, and whether the flow is steady or a campaign.
  • The output fractions you intend to sell or store, and any acceptance criteria you know.
  • Country, and the regulatory framework if you know which one applies.
  • Site constraints if you have them — hall dimensions, power and compressed air.

What happens next

  1. 01

We read it against the process

The first question is usually about the module mix and the output specification, because those two decide most of the configuration.

  2. 02

You get a configuration or a question

Either a proposed station configuration, or the specific missing information that prevents one. We would rather ask than guess.

  3. 03

    Scope, drawings and offer

If it goes further: a defined scope, general arrangement drawing, utility and foundation interfaces, and the commercial offer.

  4. 04

    Testing and commissioning

Build, pre-dispatch testing, shipping, erection supervision and commissioning on your own modules.

If your enquiry is about a recycling service

If your enquiry is about having waste modules collected, transported, stored or disposed of rather than about buying equipment, we are not the right company and cannot help with it. YUSHUNXIN does not offer those services. You need a permitted waste operator or a producer compliance scheme in your jurisdiction.

Use the enquiry form below

The form asks for the same information as the list above. Attachments are not required — a description of the modules and the tonnage is usually enough to start.

FAQ

Questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

Technical enquiries are answered on working days from the engineering side. Complex configurations may take an exchange or two, which is why including the module mix and the output specification in your first message shortens the process considerably.

Can we have a call or a video walkthrough?

Yes. Once we know what you are looking at, a short call is often faster than a document exchange. Ask in your first message and we will propose times that work in your time zone.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. Project information is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and we do not publish customer names, logos or project details without written consent.

Do you have a distributor in my country?

In some markets we work through agents and partners. Tell us the country and we will say whether there is a representative and, if not, handle the enquiry directly.

Send us the module mix and the through-put

Tell us what arrives at your gate and what has to leave. The engineering team replies with the station configuration, the scope boundary and the information still missing before drawings start.

  • Modules — framed single-glass, double-glass, frameless, thin film, mixed
  • Condition — intact, or a meaningful share damaged or bent
  • Through-put — modules per hour or t/h, and your shift pattern
  • Output — which fractions you sell or store, and to what specification
