PV module dismantling equipment · frame removal → junction box → glass

01

What is done in-house

  • Machining — the components that hold clamping and cutting geometry, and therefore determine whether the machine stays accurate.
  • Fabrication and forming — frames, guards, chutes and the structural elements of the line.
  • Assembly — machines built up as units so that the machine your operators learn is the machine that arrives.
  • Testing before dispatch — the machine is run and its press setting commissioned in our works.
  • Crating and loading — packed for container shipment, with the transport envelope designed in.

Inside the works

Cutting and sawing section
Cutting and preparation — the first stage of every machine frame.
Forming and folding section
Forming: structural parts are shaped in-house so tolerances stay under our own control.
Container loading
Container loading — the frame removal machine's 2.5 m × 2.23 m envelope is container-friendly by design.
Machine assembly
Assembly of a frame removal machine before testing.

What is checked before dispatch

  1. 01

    Assembly verification

The machine is built and checked against its drawings before anything is run.

  2. 02

    Function test

Pneumatic positioning, the cutting head and both press movements are cycled and observed.

  3. 03

    Press commissioning

The upper hydraulic press unit is adjusted and commissioned at the works. This is the setting the equipment brief advises against changing casually on site.

  4. 04

    Cycle observation

The machine is run through its cycle so that the timing matches the published cycle before it is crated.

  5. 05

    Documentation pack

Drawings, consumable parts list, the setting record and the recommended spares list are prepared for handover.

What we do not claim

We do not publish certification marks on this site for scopes that have not been independently assessed, and we do not describe quality systems we have not had assessed for the products concerned. Where a certificate is relevant to a project, it is provided with the commercial offer, with its scope and validity stated.

What we can state plainly is what happens in our own works: machining, fabrication, assembly and testing of the machine before it ships, and a documented handover pack at commissioning. Buyers evaluating a supplier should ask for exactly that, from anyone they are considering.

FAQ

Questions

Is the equipment built in your own factory?

Machining, fabrication, assembly and pre-dispatch testing are carried out at our 60,000 m² works in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, rather than subcontracted across a supplier network. That is what keeps tolerances and delivery under our own control.

Is the machine tested before it ships?

Yes. Machines are assembled, function-tested and cycled in our works, and the frame removal machine's hydraulic press unit is adjusted and commissioned there before dispatch. The equipment brief advises against casual changes to that setting on site.

What documentation comes with a machine?

Drawings, the consumable and wear parts list, the setting record and the recommended spares list, plus the foundation and utility interface drawings needed for site preparation.

Do you hold certifications?

Where a certificate applies to the product being quoted, it is supplied with the commercial offer together with its scope and validity. We do not display certification marks on this site for scopes that have not been assessed.

Send us the module mix and the through-put

Tell us what arrives at your gate and what has to leave. The engineering team replies with the station configuration, the scope boundary and the information still missing before drawings start.

  • Modules — framed single-glass, double-glass, frameless, thin film, mixed
  • Condition — intact, or a meaningful share damaged or bent
  • Through-put — modules per hour or t/h, and your shift pattern
  • Output — which fractions you sell or store, and to what specification
