Privacy policy

• Information you submit. The fields in our enquiry forms — typically your name, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, module type, target through-put, project type and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence.
• Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, time) needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Analytics. Where analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured not to receive the contents of enquiry forms, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or attachment links.

Enquiry information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and correspond with you about the project. That is the purpose, and we do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry, and we do not share it with third parties except where a supplier or contractor needs it to fulfil your request — for example a shipping agent or a local representative — or where we are legally required to disclose it.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Where an enquiry does not lead to a project, we keep it only while it is reasonable to expect a follow-up, and then delete it.

Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then discarded.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where we do not have a legal or contractual reason to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to object to processing or to ask for it to be restricted.

This site uses only what it needs to function. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are enabled, they are described on our cookie policy page, and they are not loaded before you consent. Refusing non-essential cookies does not restrict your access to any part of the site, including the enquiry forms.

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry information is transmitted to us and stored in systems we control, retained as described above, and accessed only by staff and contractors who need it to answer your enquiry.

We are based in China, so information you submit will be transferred to and processed in China. Where a transfer requires additional safeguards under local law, we will put them in place on request.
